Water Fountain
The water fountain has changed looks many times over the last 4 years, in 2006, Carol Harper and husband Dr. Don Harper, completed the renovations.
September 13, 2008, the beautiful fountain and landscaping were submerged under approximately 8 ft. of water due to Hurricane Ike.
The salty and toxic water ate at the paint and metal and killed all of the vegetation.
In November of 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer, we lost Carol Harper.
In May of 2010, Dr. Harper came in from PA, sanded, painted and replaced most of the vegetation with Mexican Heather.
The finished product is absolutely beautiful! We gratefully thank Dr. Don Harper!

Before....

We have had a problem with the fountain leaking.... In May 2011, Calvin Wehrle took the fountain back down to bear and re-sealed every tiny crack that he could possible find and then re-painted. Looks great, now if it will not leak.
