WFEX #66354, built in 1928, is a 32-foot long, 37-ton capacity iced
refrigerator car built for the Western Fruit Express that ran on the Great Northern Railroad.
This car has a steel underframe and wood walls and ends. The hand brake wheel is mounted on
one end, up near the roof. According to the 1953 ORER, this type of car could hold 10,600
pounds of crushed ice, 10,200 pounds of coarse ice, or 9,600 pounds of chunk ice.
#66345 was purchased from the Oregon, Pacific and Eastern Railway in 1978.
It is painted white and has black markings.
